The Ohio Scottish Games are held on the 4th Saturday every June.

Established in 1977, this long standing event is presented by members of The Ohio Scottish American Cultural Society of Ohio, an organization dedicated to the preservation and promotion of their proud Scottish Heritage and ancestry.

The Ohio Scottish Games highlight the traditional dance, music and athletics of the ancient highland games. This event is for the enjoyment of all Scots and friends as well as to introduce the Scottish Arts and traditions to the community

The Ohio Scottish Games runs under The Scottish American Cultural Society of Ohio, Inc (SACSO)

"The mission of SACSO is to support and promote the annual Ohio Scottish Games and Ohio Scottish Arts School for cultural, educational, physical and spiritual benefit for those with an interest in the traditions of Scotland and other Celtic Nations."

PIPES & DRUMS

We have solo competitions in the morning featuring pipers, drummers! Pipe bands compete all afternoon so pull up a chair and enjoy!

HIGHLAND DANCE

Highland Dancers from far and wide join to compete in the various genres of Highland Dancing!

HEAVY ATHLETICS

Watch competitors complete amazing feats of strength as they go head-to-head in various heavy athletics events.

ENTERTAINMENT

We offer entertainment all day long from country dancing to ballards, bagpipes, and Bagrock bands! Enjoy music throughout the park and don't forget to visit the Beer Tent!

VENDORS

Want something to eat? Want to buy your own kilt or bagpipes? Visit our vendors for beautiful pottery, jewelery, celtic items, and don't forget the Haggis!

The Ohio Scottish Games offer something for everyone in your family! Children's games, animals, British cars and bikes, Clan Village, Kilted Mile and more! Newly added are workshops and open sessions.
